TRIBUTE OF THE LO MAN KAM ORGANISATION
“Dear Sifu Wang Kiu”
I am very happy to send greetings on this way through Johnny Ryckewaert.
I always liked the lessons in your house and in your school in past times, as you showed us your way of Wing Chun. These lessons gave us a better understanding of your Wing Chun and also we could feel your great experience in the art.
We hope to see you the next time and we are very happy to hear good news from you.
With a great respect and also with friendship I send you this honour for your lifetime achievements in Wing Chun.

TRIBUTE TO
Master Wang Kiu,
Through kindness of Mr. Johnny Ryckewaert, who contacted me for this event,
I would like to express my appreciation to you, my Shi-Fu.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart, for all your teachings.
Thank you so much for treating me the way you always treated me.
Thank you for completely changing my life.
Thank you for being such a dedicated teacher - guide.
Thank you for your generosity.
Thank you for having such a big heart without any trace of selfishness.
Thank you for being an example of how to be a great Master with so much virtue.
As far as I am aware, the Wing-Chun that you teach has no second in this world.
Your teachings has catalyzed and uplifted our Wing-Chun beyond any other level existing today and probably also beyond many other historical levels.
Thank you for passing this Precious Pearl to us.
We hope you have a wonderful time at the feast in Belgium.
We regret that we could not be physically present this time, but our Spirits and Minds will be with you
Keep good health.
With blessings and kind regards,

Tribute of the Lun Gai and Yuen Chai Wan Lineages
Yes I have heard of Master Wang Kiu. He must be a very wise man having been around 84 years and as such must have seen much in the makings of Wing Chun since the development in Hong Kong with Grandmaster Yip Man. To be apart of that is something we all share in common and so because of that we should all be in peace and learn and grow together for the benefit of Wing Chun for future generations.
As Master Lun Gai’s English and Australian representative and also as direct lineage from Yuen Chai Wan with Vietnamese Wing Chun I would like for you to present to Master Wang Kiu both our very best wishes for his life achievement in Wing Chun from my Master Lun Gai and myself.
I look forward to hopefully keeping in contact with Master Wang Kiu’s wing chun family more in the future.
Keep up the good work and all the best for the event and my best wishes for the future.

Wang Kiu - WVTAA Grandmaster of the Year
Rene Ritchie, February 9th, 2008
I just saw the WVTAA awards and didn’t realize I was being inducted alongside Wang Kiu sifu. How terrifyingly humbling.
Wang Kiu sifu holds a special importance for me….
Congratulations to Wang Kiu sifu, an amazing man, an amazing legacy.
Sifu Frank Schäfer, 6th Master level WT
(Head and Chief Instructor, NWTO)
The Wing Chun section is also present in Holland, whereas Wang Kiu’s function is mainly a representative one. He stopped giving classes a while ago. We have seen his "best" pupils and have also accepted a few challenges with them…
I have met Sifu Wang Kiu on a few occasions and I must say that he makes the impression of a gentleman and of a humorous person…
TRIBUTE TO
Dear Master Wang Kiu,
I would like to send my greetings from Victoria, British Columbia Canada. I wish you a very happy evening and indeed wish that I were there.
For your guests, I came to know you through your very talented student Dr. G.K. Khoe who I studied with in 1982. In that same year I also met you and you were kind enough to visit me and my fellow students Yvette Wong and Jason Siu in Victoria. It is to your credit and to the credit of your student Dr. Khoe that despite having met many master of various martial arts, we are still practicing and training the things that you and Dr. Khoe taught us more than25 years ago.
Unfortunately we are not in Europe for your direct teaching so we have only achieved a small portion of what you have taught your students in Europe. However we are not a greedy and are happy to train just what we you have taught us.
So for us we do it as a hobby, as an art, as a form of fitness and as a legacy that you, Master Wang Kiu have left behind. We do Wing Chun because it is something enjoyable to do.
You once told us that Wing Chun was a
Jewel of the martial arts. I totally agree with this and furthermore think that Wing Chun is a jewel of Chinese culture that you have shared with us.
Sincerely,
Ray Van Raamsdonk
Canada.
